Konica Minolta And PBMS Conclude Supplier Agreement IPEX

Konica Minolta Business Solutions (UK) Ltd has concluded an agreement with Pitney Bowes Management Services (PBMS) to be strategic supplier of high volume document imaging systems to PBMS.

PBMS provides a document process outsourcing service to its customers. PBMS can provide both on-site and off-site capabilities including secure mail solutions, records and information management, digital print-on-demand, transactional billing statements and critical communications through to high-end print output management and secure Internet delivery systems.

Under the terms of the new agreement, Konica Minolta will be PBMS strategic supplier for high volume document imaging systems from the bizhub PRO range. The range includes the bizhub PRO 1050, able to produce 6,300 impressions an hour (105 prints per minute). Designed as a complete document production system with optional on-line print finishing units for six-way folding, booklet making and post inserting, the bizhub PRO can print variable data onto stock up to A3+ to generate profit for commercial printers.

Also in the bizhub PRO line-up are the bizhub PRO 920 producing 5,520 black and white A4 prints an hour (92 prints per minute), and the bizhub PRO C500 with a production speed of 3,000 A4 impressions an hour in either full colour or black and white.
